Get some 1 euro month vps mate.
For Flask apps (multiprocesses), I would suggest a VPS with many cores as possible. Each core is not expected to be powerful though, as most if the time it is strugling with GIL stuff. So some E5 VPS may be even a better choice than EPYC/Ryzen ones.
Cpanel py is pain in the arse
G3t a vps frol any reliable provider here and use whatever you want to keep it running (i prefer pm2 for js/py apps)

i would advise against cpanel for python
as for location, if you need asia then grab another provider...
If you just want to test your app on a live server then render https://render.com/ perfectly fits your usage.
Else get a vps and deploy using coolify or your own manual configurations 🙂

You need a VPS, and possibly an Udemy course on deploying/managing Flask applications, (which is very easy once you know how).
You don't need a management panel or shared hosting because it'd be more effort and hassle than it's wort
But in order to help you we need to know how many concurrent users you expect to be accessing your site and their location, (so you can get a VPS in the right region).
If you have money and don't want to manage the VPS, you can use Replit or similar. If you can pack it as docker then deploy on Zeabur and let them manage it for you.

You can check with limitlesshost.net they do python hosting at 3$/yr, low bandwidth per month but good cpu with ssh
