update when they provision your server/give refund. IDK why providers ignore emails for months, and when their reputation is at stake on public forums they offer refund/compensation (as if nothing happened!). But that makes new customer avoid such provider and rather backlist them.
already received a refund a while back. They don't even seem to be doing bad financially, so I really really really don't understand this provider man... I wish them the best of luck and to their clients, but I am just done with people whose words have zero truths in them.
