Need Tokyo Dedicated Server with BGP

I’m looking for a Dedicated Server provider in Tokyo or Kanagawa that can provide a dedicated server with an E3-1250v3 or better with 32GB of RAM and 2 x 480GB or larger SSD or NVME drives that can be used in software RAID1, a Hardware RAID1 is even better.

I need BGP, I have my own ASN and my own IP prefixes both IPv4, and IPv6.

I will announce 2 IPv4 /24 prefixes, and 2 IPv6 /48 prefixes

I need the service to be delivered using a /29 IPv4, and at least a /125 IPv6 on the eth0 interface. I also need the other server interface plugged into the same VLAN so I can use the other IP address on the other interface. This is a very specific setup. I will never bridge the two interfaces so there won't be any layer2 loops on the switch. In fact, one port will be for the host OS, and the other port for VMs. They will have separate routing tables.

I am looking for under $150USD/mo the service must be in Tokyo or Kanagawa.
