Looking for EPYC or RYZEN VPS

Hey all,
Looking for a VPS with the following specs:

CPU: 6 cores (prefer EPYC or Ryzen, Zen 3 or newer)

RAM: 12 GB minimum

Storage: Flexible, SSD/NVMe preferred

Port speed: 10G would be great if available

Billing: Annual / bi-annual / tri-annual only

Budget: ~50 EUR/year or less

Location preference: Netherlands preferred, but Luxembourg or Malaysia are fine as well

Storage isn't that big of a concern, but ~100gb or so would be acceptable.
