Looking for GDPR Compliant cpanel Reseller Hosting in EU

Hello,

I’m looking for a GDPR-compliant reseller hosting provider based in Europe. I don’t want to make any compromises, so I’m aiming for a cPanel-based setup.

Requirements:

  • can be shared
  • currently under 5 accounts needed (just starting out)
  • must be located in Europe (GDPR compliant)
  • full white label (custom nameservers, no branding)
  • optional modules like JetBackup, WordPress management, LiteSpeed, blesta/whcms etc. would be great
  • storage pricing should be reasonable and ideally not tied to the number of accounts

Budget: starting at around 20 USD/EUR monthly or yearly equivalent.

If anyone has suggestions or knows a good provider that fits these requirements, please share.

https://www.serverprofis.de/reseller/reseller-webhosting/ comes to mind, German provider, so should be GDPR compliant, plus using cpanel.

With monthly contract chosen, the smallest package (25 client accounts, 100GB SSD space) is slightly below 20EUR/m. Cheaper per month with 12 month contract etc.

Haven't checked about optional modules and white label options though.

Edit: checked again: white label should be possible, at least it is stated in their description of the reseller products (in German, FAQ section).

  • I also found out that hosteurope has cpanel as reseller webhosting panel with good pricing.
But they are very vague with what modules they are offering.
I will contact both of them.
    Thanks so far

Please note that HostEurope was bought up by GoDaddy, so a) the good times are gone and b) might be problematic in terms of GDPR-compliance if GD has the follow the cloud act.

This here: https://tuta.com/de/blog/european-web-hosting-providers is just one of many problems if you enter the realm of companies like GD.
