Dartnode VPS offline for over 2 weeks!
I have a VPS from Dartnode, and it’s been offline for more than two weeks.
I’ve contacted support, and they acknowledged the issue two weeks ago, but still haven’t fixed it.
No SSH access, no VNC, and it doesn’t even respond to ping.
Has anyone else experienced downtime like this from Dartnode? This is really disappointing service!!!

Sorry that's happening to you. I've had a VPS with DartNode since last BF so about 11 months and the uptime monitor shows it's been perfect. I hope they get it sorted out for you.
Today, they responded, and the VPS connection went back to normal!
Their support is pathetic, so I didn't bought from them
Incidents can happen , but ignoring clients is nonsense
I partially agree on the response times tbh. A simple request sometimes takes weeks or months. But at the same time I've to keep in mind, I'm just paying pennies
