You can do a top-up, and get credits with that. Comment with the top-up invoice number.

Don't be a jerk. Basically, don't treat this as a 10 Gbps dedicated server where you can max out 24/7.

50-100 Mbps sustained is fine. But say 500 Mbps sustained or more, not so much.
