My Estonia dedi is offline for 2 weeks in a row by now (hangs while booting in POST), ticket about this problem was deleted, new ticket created 5 days ago, still no response while dedi is still offline.

My advise in this stage: stay away from this provider, tickethandling and problemsolving isn't their best.
I agree with you. Their tickethandling is very poor. I wasted a lot of time and money on this.
@VPSSLIM check ticket #683870, open for 7 days already with no response and no solution.
It's about the replacementserver with no disk attached,so unusable.
Server + replacementserver offline for almost 3 weeks by now.
According to your own SLA this shouldn't be possible.
And while your working on it, check ticket #499152 about the NoVNC console which (still) isn't working.
