Since it's a Black Friday Deal I assume they were counting on LETers. Economically sound, morally not as much.
I will not be renewing with them.

"We will not be renewing your account" would have been perfectly acceptable.
Since October, the VPS has been offline, and none of the support tickets I submitted have received a response.
