Just.Hosting Bad Experience
I bought their service using a promo code a month ago, but when I renewed the server, the price went back up.
There was no indication on the promo page that the code was for one time use only.
I contacted them and received the following response:
"This promocode is valid when ordering a new service. The promo code for VPS renewal is no longer valid."
Then, the ticket was marked as solved, and I could not reply. I'm like, What?
According to my understanding of "The promo code for VPS renewal is no longer valid," so they just changed their promo from lifetime to one time use?
This is the first time I've posted a negative review of a provider. Might have been lucky before, but this is my first time experiencing this type of situation.
I hope someone form Just.Hosting could help me solve the issue with my server #1044641-278860, or at least explain the price increase a little bit better.
Unfortunately, I discovered this too late, so I have to pay the full price for another month ![]()

There's always some tricky nonsense with these guys' offers. Not worth the hassle imo.

I'm sorry to contact you guys this way, but I really hope to resolve this issue. You guys provide some of the rarest locations that help improve our coverage. However, the customer support experience is devastating. Personally, I think communication is key to solving issues. However, closing the ticket with a confusing explanation forces me to make it public so that it can get some attention.
Well, the offer didn’t state that it was recurring either, so I don’t see why they should be blamed. And calling the customer support experience devastating just because they didn’t give you the answer you were fishing for is plain stupid.
But I can find a shitload of other reasons not to use this provider.
