I'm looking for DMCA ignored server, my budget is 80$/month. Here is my requirements:
- Location: EU
- DMCA ignored
- 16gb ram
- 8 cores CPU
- 1-3gbps unlimited bandwidth
- Payment via PayPal prefered

If you increase a little your budget you can have 8 Cores CPU. 90€
But the main issue will be the RAM. You can have 8 Cores, but the RAM will be 8GB RAM
Another option is to decrease your CPU cores if you need more RAM, that might be possible to meet.
