CPU: 4 or more Cores (Passmark benchmark 10k+/-)
RAM: 32GB+
Disks: atleast 2 disks - 1x SSD and 1x 4TB+ HDD or 2x2TB)
Network: should be 1Gbit/s, 500mbit would be ok tho

Price range: below 60 EUR.
