At this time we are experiencing outages across multiple product lines due to an ongoing AWS incident with their US1 Region. We have activated our incident response team and have all hands on deck working on remediation. We are partnering directly with AWS on the incident and have also escalated to their leadership.

Welcome to the club. Half the internet is down due to stupidity (that is: relying on one AWS az).

Everything stopped - sms, calls, etc.
Such a huge business relies on one vendor and has no plan B.
Like Cloudflare was down recently due to bug in Google Cloud.
