They had such great resources at their disposal, yet they completely mishandled what should have been an easy win. It's quite evident that most of their staff are technically oriented. If they had just done a proper dry run before the promotion, they could have easily secured hundreds more orders during Black Friday. In the Telegram groups I manage alone, there are dozens of potential customers keeping an eye on them. However, the reality is that their promotion details were unclear, payment process testing was insufficient, and they showed a lack of patience in addressing customer questions in this thread. So now, we can only hope their next promotion delivers more explosive results.
Yes, even though I bought the VPS package before the Black Friday sale, I couldn't renew it, after they changed to a new control panel there seems to be a lot of issues
