I’ve just checked and completed a purchase — the IPv6 address is available in the Tirana location.
You can always see which locations have IPv6 temporarily unavailable — they are shown crossed out in the location list.

I’ve just checked and completed a purchase — the IPv6 address is available in the Tirana location.
You can always see which locations have IPv6 temporarily unavailable — they are shown crossed out in the location list.

That's what your support told me 10 days after we started playing ticket ping-pong about IPv6 not working in Tirana:

And the IPv6 address shown in your screenshot doesn't respond to pings.

Fair warning to anyone considering this company: if a spammer sets up in the same /24 as you, they will assume you are also spamming and refuse any refunds, even for unused account credit.

That's not exactly how it works as you described.
Our detector identifies the specific IP address of the spammer, and the complaint is applied only to that client, not to the entire network.
If you have received an unjustified complaint, please contact support. We will conduct an additional review and resolve the issue.

Thanks for the warning. I will not get this VPS deal today. If you want people to buy your service you need to explain complaints like these.

Edit: and it's a shame because you have VPSes in some less common places like Russia.
