what will happen if cpu 100% continuous usage?

can I have a double bandwidth again? to 2T
High CPU doesn't always mean high system load. Some VMs can hit 100% without affecting the hypervisor. As long as it's not causing strain or impacting others, it's fine.
If it does, we'll suspend the instance and expect usage to be reduced.
