Looking for DDoS protected vps from Japan

• 300 Mbps bandwidth (higher is better)
• 1 TB data transfer (higher is better)

Uptime and network are most important. I already have one with Linode.

Budget: about $5/month.

How much is the protection add-on? I couldn't find the information.

What is the capacity of the DDoS protection? And will I be null-routed if I'm targeted by a DDoS attack?
