This is the best for testing: https://www.ipqualityscore.com/free-ip-lookup-proxy-vpn-test/lookup/

I've had many times where ipinfo.io reports residential IP, but it's actually a datacenter IP.

I have 0% Fraud Score, but always busted by some provider here :D

The IP Score is really bad, my home IP got 92 and PROXY label!
I run VPN here just for personal use

Your home IP is most likely dynamic meaning it changes every week or month depending on your ISP. Therefore the score could have been affected by a previous user on the IP, unless of course you have a static IP address. Which is usually a paid option with most ISPs and many don’t even offer it.

EDIT: It is 0% for IPv6 and 94% for IPv4
My IP has never changed since I have this ISP

Mystery is solved - the less IP address is used, the lower score is

  • Just make your own decision. I use whois lookup and https://search.censys.io/ to judge for myself.

  • I work for IPinfo. When we run our internet measurements, we categorize each IP address range into the ISP, business, hosting, and education categories. From there, we aggregate the information to create company type data first, then further aggregate it by ASN type. I suggest checking multiple data fields we offer to get conclusive results, such as the tags (hosting tag, webserver tag, etc.), the company type, and then the ASN type.
