Strange Experience with TEKNOSOS BİLİŞİM
Hi everyone,
I’d like to share my recent experience with TEKNOSOS to help others avoid similar issues.
I purchased a new server that, according to the specs, should have 1 CPU | 100 Mbps port. However, in reality, the speed barely reaches 50 Mbps, and there are restrictions on the service that my previous server didn’t have! When I raised the issue, instead of a technical explanation, the support replies were full of odd and even humorous remarks:
“Hell is for people like you, not me.”
They also mentioned that internet in Turkey is expensive, and to fully use the service, I must purchase a port package.
In short: the experience with this company included not only service limitations and slower speed, but also unprofessional and unusual support responses. I recommend checking all details carefully before ordering, and be prepared that polite, professional responses may not be guaranteed.

Now I realize they have taken the server away from me!

Limited to 100mbps? damn that is bad. There are definitely better Turkish providers.
"The server didn’t even reach 100 Mbps! Outrageously, they removed the server and refused to issue a refund. They even said that the internet I used during that one hour counts as payment!"
If they cancelled your server without a refund, go for a dispute with your payment provider. If its a hassle and just 2 bucks, forget about this like you had a nightmare and move on. This post will stay forever on the internet, and their cocky attitude
Yes, that's correct. My goal is to raise awareness.
he tells me that internet is expensive in Türkiye!(If it's not economically viable, don't sell it, why are you talking nonsense!)
Hello, this statement is being made on behalf of the public and to clarify certain transactions.
You can carefully examine the images you shared. The necessary explanation has been provided to you. You are the one talking about hell, and you have been retaliated against for the insults you wrote. Our company provides you with the service as described on the website. I'm not talking about all Iranians, but unfortunately, this is the problem of some general Iranian users: they want high traffic even if you don't pay. Internet access in Turkey is expensive and costs high. Don't be fooled by the unlimited internet and ports on some Turkish websites. Start using it and see how it gets blocked later!
"It says internet is expensive in Türkiye! (If it's not economically viable, don't sell it. Why are you selling it?!)"
I'm responding based on your statement here: If you want high port access 24/7, pay for the service and use it. If you don't have the money, you may not receive the service.
Your virtual server refund has already been processed. Our terms of service are clear and transparent, accessible to everyone. You're Iranian, and you're converting all the virtual servers you purchased into a VPN network and distributing them to 50 people. You never mention the harm you've caused our company. For example, your IP address is blocked in your country. This isn't the only problem; your IP address is banned on numerous platforms, including Google Ads, Google Apps, YouTube, and countless others. We can't offer it to regular users. Isn't it a miracle we still provide service to Iranians?
I'm sharing this IP address: https://prnt.sc/OTSPEKuKZzVm as an example. It's blocked in their country and blacklisted globally on all services. Which customer will bear the brunt of this loss? These users always want unlimited internet access without paying, but that's impossible.
You're the one who just came to our live support and cursed. https://prnt.sc/cDQCku-e5RK2
Companies have the right to choose their customers. If you cause harm to our company, it is our right to refuse service to you.
We wish everyone a pleasant forum.
You knew from the beginning that I was Iranian, so why did you verify me on WhatsApp? A complete contradiction.
Anyway, Iranians are not as irresponsible and talkative as Turks. I have everything documented, let others judge! I didn't even get a server for VPN!This guy has a problem! Someone else hit him and he straightened his mouth and is taking revenge on me!You are so stupid that you posted my WhatsApp number in an Indian group as a girl who was video chatting!
You're judging me for something someone else did to you! I bought the server less than an hour ago! It's really funny. Someone else has brought trouble on you. You're taking revenge on me.Hopefully, that one and a half dollars will be used for medicine and treatment.
@rjasli tbh I don't see why you continue to waste your precious time in this thread - just move on with another hosting, @Teknosos don't want to serve VPN customers, that's okay.
Oh, I had taken over the server an hour ago! I was still installing the operating system. Is it really my fault, considering the evidence?!he had verified my address and number on WhatsApp before!
Dude, provider limited you because they are low on bandwidth available. Not suitable for you? Just move on. You are overreacted to the extent that your server was terminated (which is also not the wisest thing to do without refund).

Dear friend, I'm telling you, I had taken over the server in less than an hour. Do you understand? I mean, I hadn't done anything with the VPS yet!**
