Who can provide me with a dedicated server under 10 USD per month, without a dedicated IP
I only require it to be under 10 USD per month, support installing Windows (trial version), and have no installation fee.
I have no other requirements for the server, as long as it can run stably. I don’t need a dedicated IP or high bandwidth.
I need many servers every month, but I replace them frequently. Each server may only be used for 2–4 months.

I’m already using OVH. Do you have any other recommendations?
