Looking for hourly billed vps service

Hi,
I'm looking for a vps service that provide hourly billing. I have alot of specifc use cases.
I'm building a cheap game hosting service that provides hourly billing.
So i would want:
- API access so i can create & destory instances
- Image support, So i can quickly create game servers
- Each game server will create a VPS. they range from 1c 512mb ram 10gb hard to 4c 8g 100gb storage.
- Bandwidth usage will be 1-20gb/hour. So I guess worst case is 15-17TB per game per vps (if user runs a game server whole month)
- I'm looking for Pakistan based server or UAE. Anything that gets < 50ms in Pakistan. I cannot use Indian servers as they above >60ms for most players.
Max price that i can afford for bigger server is 0.1$/h which is 72$/m. But i would rather the price stays around 0.035 - 0.07$ which is 25 - 50$ (this is the pricing i expect for larger vps that have 2c/4c 4gb/8gb ram and 100gb storage+.
So i would want the bandwidth to be included in the price. Atleast 15TB.
Let me know if such a service exists?
I cannot use lightsail as it doesn't offer UAE and they have bandwidth limit then they charge 0.05$/gb.
I tried oneprovider onecloud. It does barely ticks all the boxes for me including the bandwidth ( a bit less but i make it work ). but their pakistani server have so much jitter. It makes the counter strike 2 unplayable on it. And im using their 4c/4g vps. Which is more than enough for if 1 player is playing on cs2 server. I think the botteneck there is likely bad network and not the cpu. Their UAE have bad routing to pakistan giving 105ms+ I checked using looking glass in my country to confirm its not just my connection.

The 15TB bandwidth requirement is if a cs2 server runs 247 for a month and 10-20 players play on it 247. Which is unrealistic. But i would rather have some headroom when getting a service to handle a very rare worst case. The real usage will likely be significantly less per vps.
SurferCloud UAE is 30-40ms to inner PK, but speed is only 30Mbps.

Nice. Yea i need hourly. Also i think i would need ~100mbps per vps for smooth exp for 12-16 players.
Gonna be tough to find hourly providers in the UAE, and even more for ones with high bandwidth.

Awesome. The two links you provided are good. especially edisglobal.com. But not sure if they are hourly. I will check tonight. But their highest one does comes to 0.13$/h with 15TB traffic which is a bit higher in price but covers my requirement for bandwidth. if i don't find anything else, This is good enough for hourly.
I'm still in planning and POC phase. If this is not possible then i will scrap the project.
