I need a server for my customer:
Friendly ** and ** Optimized network & router for ** China & Thailand** ( best location of server is HK, then JP)
Unmetered bandwidth ** ( 20M~30M is enough) or **metered bandwidth（at least 100Mbps, Traffic： 10T~20T）
Budget： $20~25
A test server is required before formal purchase (may take 3 days to test).
And BUDGET could be appropriately INCREASED If Provide with a static native or family native IP . (no more than $10)
