GPU server with 128gb ram

Hi,

I’m looking for a gpu server that runs windows and has a 10gbs unlimited meter. Rtx 4090 or more. Ideally I’m checking for maybe an /hr rate or maybe a yearly or monthly rate. I’m not trying to pay over 500 month if possible. I checked tensor and they have a l4 gpu in Germany but the ram is only 112gb and I need 128gb ram. Any deals will be great.
