Looking for an alternative to OVH VPS servers focused on DDoS protection

I've been using the simplest VPS tariff from ovh for almost a year.

Due to payment issues (no cryptocurrency payment and problems with paying with local cards on their payment gateway), I'm looking for an alternative with a similar or better level of protection from DDoS at levels 3 and 4, L7 would be a good addition, but not critical.

Traffic: net incoming traffic rarely exceeds 200 GB per month, but I'd like to have 1-2 TB per month with a reserve.
Port: from 500 MB per second, the more the better
Resources: planned use as a load balancer and protection from attacks, 1 CPU and 2 RAM will be enough
Budget: from 5 to 20 euros per month
Location: Europe
Key factors: payment by cryptocurrency and good price-quality ratio

I'm also considering Remote Shield, but taking into account the use of several working backend servers

I know about RoyaleHosting and Cloudflare
