[vps.tc] Turkey VPS, Review: Poor Stability & Disappointing Support

Hi everyone,

I’d like to share my recent experience with [vps.tc], in case it helps others when choosing a VPS provider.

I purchased a VPS from them, but every few minutes the connection to the server would completely drop.

At first, I thought it was my OS choice (Ubuntu), so I reinstalled Debian, but the problem persisted.

Support asked me to run a WinMTR test, which I did and provided detailed results.

After several days without reply, I had to follow up. They later admitted there was high load on the host node and offered to migrate me to another node.

I agreed and confirmed multiple times, but even after the migration, the issue persisted.

Finally, after I told them the problem still existed and that I was giving up on their service, they simply closed the ticket without further response.

This kind of support and unresolved service issues are really disappointing. I could not properly use the VPS at all during my time with them.

TL;DR: VPS kept dropping, support was slow, migration didn’t solve anything, and in the end, they closed my ticket without fixing the issue.

Has anyone else here experienced similar problems with this provider?

confirm... inadequate support, unplanned reboots/shutdowns, double price up.
don't take if don't want headache

I usually use VPS servers from major international brands. I rarely encounter this kind of situation.

I use VPS servers from LET approved brands. Extremely rarely I encounter this kind of situation.
