Cheap storage server with multiple HDDs for array driver testing
I'm looking for a dedicated server with multiple SATA HDDs, and a single SSD boot drive for OS to test and develop a storage array driver with physical hardware.
Something like Ovh KS-STOR (4x4TB + 1x500GB SSD), but preferably cheaper and with more HDDs, size doesn't really matter and they can even be mixed size from 1-4TB, but if more than 4 drives, preferably 2 largest would be same size. Literally would be a bonus if some drives are old and flaky. 
Network speed and bandwidth matters very little, 100Mbps is fine, I will probably only download some actual Linux ISOs for test data. Location preferably in EU so SSH latency isn't annoying.
