also there ASN has only < 50 sites hosted on various IPs on NL location.

They're not bad, traffic is cheap and okay. Mostly an IPTV host tho.

It's the only one I know that we haven't had any problems with in that location.
I remember that hosthatch uses this provider in the Netherlands, but they use a colocation service, so maybe you can ask for their advice.
