In need of the cheapest Russian VPS or any similar location. Spec really doesn't matter, 1 core 1GB RAM is plenty.

I have a good experience with them, but so hard to pay them
They haven't any international payment methods at the moment (maybe only crypto)

They (4VPS) accept international payments? (Visa Bank Card,or PayPal?)

they do, yeah.

both are great options. Unless paying yearly and grabbing some sort of deal, they're probably the cheapest you'll find.
