Need advice regarding vps

So i have a vps with servarica , with 8gb ram , 2 dedicated epyc cores , and 250 gb of nvme , which is nice , and is price locked at $5/mo , works amazing
And the other one is with datalix - not planning to continue, Even though its good but not needed
I just self host some database on the vps , and a few telegram bots with 2k-3k active daily users, overall cpu usage dosent exceed ~7-8% and ram around 12-15%
Due to the tons of surplus of ram and cpu i think its a waste of resources , so which one would be better ? - staying on the same vps due to price lock , or switching to a smaller vps which just works for my needs
I'm asking this because i don't know if such deals like servarica regularly occur , and there is a chance i might have something good with me, but also dont wanna stay on one provider for no reason if it isnt.
What do you guys think? (Also pls dont roast im genuinely curious about this) , and also I'm open to new providers, preferably cryptocurrency payment

I don't think you can find (without deadpool crazy promo) something with 2 [new] dedicated cores, 8 GB of RAM and 100 GB of NVMe for that kind of price.
If you drop speces - sure, but the deal if you have no balls amazing. 240 GB NVMe? Totally balls fucking amazing.
The GB6 scores were as follows
Single core: 1368
Multi core: 2473
The iops for the nvme was great as well , around 170k
I will be able to send the yabs result soon , as of now i only have this with me
Servarica seems to be fine when i checked out their reviews , and they're also operating from plenty of time so i decided to go with them
I think you should stick to what you already have.
If you want to downgrade (because you think it's too cozy with the load or whatever) just try to mirror them to other provider's vps/vds and see their response to your load, since other provider(s) might don't like your load on their service because hogging constant medium to high loads usually lead to complain from your neighboors.
Also, don't put your eggs in one basket.
My previous vps was from netcup , and it had a bit less than half of these specs , and i still managed to run everything smoothly with still not much load , the reason for the switch was - i got a very good deal with my preferred payment method , so i switched to it.
I regularly back-up my data , and always have a backup option if something goes wrong
Thank you for the recommendationπ
Honestly, you have an outstanding deal that gives you plenty of capacity to grow. It's not obligatory to consume all your available resources, and downgrading only makes sense if you're going to save from doing it. In your case what you'd save compared to what you'd lose makes no sense, so keep the VPS and maybe think about what else you can host with the spare capacity.
Thanks! Will consider
I would highly recommend retaining that current plan as you can't find easily with that amount of resource for a reasonable price.
@Sharmaishaan72: if you want to sell/transfer your Servarica thing, this is the right time window as they have been largely out of stock for a while.
Thanks for the recommendation, I guess I'll keep this one until i get another reliable service
that's a pretty good deal I would just keep it as is.
This is the yabs , no downtime so far and im happy with servarica
and the network speed is such because i recently switched to 250mbps unlimited bandwidth option (its increased by +1mbps everyday capped at 10 gbps)
How much you paid for ?
I pay around 5$/mo for this , recurring
those disk speeds are nice. what servarica plan is this?
edit: found it. its a bf plan and out of stock
cancel 1 to cut costs.
