Hello I'm new to LET and I've been wandering to looking for better VPS offers. My requirement might be very specific here it is:

Private Proxy VPS
Must have very stable network and very minimal at least less than 0.05% or better no CPU steal since even very little CPU steal could add some latency. I need all location that I listed for trial and might choose 1-2 that I find good.

CPU: 1vCPU/2vCPU (2.2 GHz+)
RAM: 1GB/2GB
Storage: 10GB
Network: 1Gbps+
Bandwith: 1TB (must be able to increase on request)
Location:

• Singapore
• Tokyo (Equinix Data Center is prefered)
• Los Angeles

Price: 4$ - 6$ USD (less is better)

General Purpose VPS
for handling medium - high load traffic, some automation, and able to handle burst load

CPU: 1vCPU/2vCPU (3.7 GHz+)
RAM: 2GB
Storage: 15GB - 20GB
Network: 1Gbps+
Bandwith: 3TB+
Location: Chicago/New York/Dallas/Kansas (prefered location in order)
Price: 4$ - 6$ USD (less is better)

Monitoring VPS
Must have very high availability 99.99% or even 100% if possible (for anything including network)

CPU: 4vCPU (no speed requirement)
RAM: 4GB - 8GB
Storage: 75GB+
Network: 1Gbps (not required but at least able to handle logs from many VPS)
Bandwith: 1TB - 5TB
Location: any but prefer at central location to serve acros the globe like Germany/Dallas/New York
Price: 4$ - 6$ USD (less is better)

Let me know if the price listed is too low for my current requirement since I tried to reduce my VPS monthly budget. I might need to do some trials on several VPS for a month (ofc I will pay for it) to find the most suitable for my needs. I appreciated all of your help
