The following countries are of interest:
Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia, China, Singapore, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, the Netherlands
Any specifications. The main thing is a 5-10Gbps port and unlimited traffic

Yeah, not happening at that budget. How much traffic / bandwidth do you actually need?
No one needs 10Gbps unlimited without already having some sort of production site/project and some idea of what they actually need, as evident by charts and historical data.
You won't find true 10Gbps unmetered for less than several hundred per month.
unlimited traffic does not exist !
budget is somewhat of a challenge but check these guys out HostAddon
Not even OVH offer unlimited Singapore traffic included without upgrading and that is a few hundred $ a month extra

Maybe there is some sketchy russian host that can do 10G unlimited.
He use "and" , that mean provider can give him 100GB 10Gbps and 100Mbps unmetered.
Else it like want a Ferrari with budget of Toy ferrari
