If you need a vpn with port forwarding check AirVPN. They allow torrents and support port forwarding.

Then I guess what is left is to find a suitable server, not DMCA ignored since I will use the VPN. Any recommendations?
airvpn is really good, but if your network speeds are over 500 mbps, consider proton. they also have port forwarding.
on a 10gbps line with airvpn, i couldn’t consistently go over 600mbps or something, but proton easily went wayy over.
