You can set up on a VPS.

Just use some provider advertising as offshore/ dmca ignore and setup your nginx reverse proxy there.

Just make sure that you read our rules.

Reverse proxy is allowed. We don't have it directly but you can setup using nginx proxy manager, caddy, haproxy etc.
