Plex-friendly providers
Recommendations for Plex-friendly providers? After Plex blacklisted Hetzner, I have been maneuvering with difficulty. I was looking at hostbrr, but someone mentioned in a thread that they are Hetzner resellers. Does Hetzner even have a Frankfurt location? (I may be getting some names mixed up, as I now only see Falkenstein in their DE offerings.)

You can get around the Hetzner/Plex block by routing Plex via a VPN. Fairly easy with Docker (Compose) at least.
HostBrr does resell Hetzner with some of their services, but their Frankfurt offerings are NOT Hetzner. Frankfurt is their own hardware (I think), colocated with dataforest.
We pretty much dropped all Hetzner servers. Plex shouldnt be any issue, still of course isn't dmca ignore so no public torrents.

I appreciate the advice. Is that in the context of running only the Plex daemons/services through the VPN?
Yep. Plex's "calling home" will go through the VPN, but you can still stream direct from the Hetzner server.
A "stripped" version of the Docker Compose file I use
