All new Registrations are manually reviewed and approved, so a short delay after registration may occur before your account becomes active.
Disappointed with ml.cloud Support – No Response for Days
I have two servers running with ml.cloud, and to be honest, the servers themselves work great — no issues with performance or uptime.
But the support experience has been really disappointing. I raised a support ticket on 9th July for a simple PTR record update. Today is 17th July, and I still haven’t heard back.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Opened 2 support tickets
Tried live chat over 10 times — no one responds
Sent 1 email to [email protected]
Still no reply.
What makes it worse is that there’s no IPMI or console access. I’ve raised this issue nearly 3 times, but again — no response. If anything goes wrong with the server, you're completely stuck and have to rely on support, which just isn't there.
At this point, I’m seriously looking for another hosting provider to move my servers. Posting this here so others are aware before choosing ml.cloud.

If I were a provider I wouldn’t respond to you either.
What type of server do you have? if it is dedicated server i cannot see that it states IPMI is included with these
