Is there any offers in this regions for VPN?

If Alipay payment is okay with you, check acck.io for Taiwan and HK for 10 CNY/mo (~1.4 usd/mo).

You may be able to find some interesting deals on https://lowend-deals.xbit.win maintained by @sh97 :)

edit: after reading some more into your requirements, i think you should raise your budget at least 5 times...

While still out of your budget this is probably your best bet for Sweden in that budget, specs aren't great, but hey: https://order.noackhosting.se/cart/vps/

More usable would be this: https://lowendbox.com/blog/skhron-now-in-stockholm-get-a-swedish-vps-for-only-e1-55-mo-with-5gbps-uplink/

I'm happy with Bistflow HK, it has low latency to Mainland China.(CMI for all), <2usd/mo(yearly payment), it's the cheapest premium network for now.

In my country, there are internet packages that are very cheap but can only be used to access certain websites. However, there are some tricks to bypass this limitation and make the connection work for full internet access — one of them is by using VPN protocols like VMess, VLESS, and Trojan.

so how does that 'trojan' software looks like? you install a trojan and then you get 10Gbps free connectivity? I'm sure every1 here at LET will install it asap :)

Haha, I wish it was a magical trojan that gives 10Gbps from thin air 😄
But no — 'Trojan' is just the name of a VPN protocol, not malware.

In my country, we have data plans that are very cheap but restricted to specific websites or apps only.
With some tricks (like SNI-based tunneling using protocols like Trojan, VLESS, or VMess), we can make that limited access work for full internet.

Still the same carrier bandwidth, nothing supernatural here.
Here’s one example of such a limited plan:
