Also VMs can be automatically suspended because of random false abuse notice sent on their email containing your IP and it would be down for days without response.
I have servers for VPN for many years that's have a big usage (100x times more users) and not near idling like on this hosting and only received a P2P (sometimes packets can't t be filtered) / Malware (user's device infected) notices. And not more than 10 noticed for all server per YEAR.
