AMD EPYC CPU
512GB RAM
500GB SSD for OS
2x2TB NVMe
10gbit Port with 50TB Data transfer [or 1gbit unmetered]

Looking only in Germany location.

@tubehosting might be a good try if you are fine with SkyLink in the Netherlands (only less than 5km to the border with Germany). SL has the best of both worlds (Amsterdam and Frankfurt) so might be nice
