Need a clean IPv4 for personal usage not blocked by google/youtube

I recently got a KVM from RackNerd and even though it seems OK, the entire C range seems to be flagged.

I can't even download YouTube videos using yt-dlp since it requests a login/cookies.
I haven't even tried SMTP as of now but I fear it's going to be a disaster.
Receiving should be OK but even that wouldn't surprise me.

My usage it:

* OpenVPN with (some) traffic going through the server
* SMTP
    * Receive 10 emails a day
    * Send less than one a day on average with bursts of maybe 5 a day
* Daily I download the audio of ≲ 5 YouTube videos and transcode the audio into opus

I'm afraid I can't do much with this machine, even though the price, hardware and support seem OK.

I need a provider that offers clean IPs, or at least IPs where the entire class is not blocked.

I'm open to use a service like PostMark for SMTP out (100 emails free a month is more than enough) but I'd rather use my own.

Memory can be as low as 256 Mb, CPU not an issue, but I need a somewhat clean IP. Storage can be quite low as well.
Traffic at least a 100 GB a month.

Any ideas of cheap alternatives, preferably with free trials so I'm not stuck with something not fit for service?

≃ $10 a year would be optimal.

Thank you.

    You're surprised that ColoCrossing doesn't have clean IPs?

    That issue can occur even on a genuine residential IP and a personal laptop, so it's not necessarily caused by your current VPS or its IP reputation.

    Before looking for another VPS, you might want to try this approach:
    1. Use a browser you don't normally use, such as Firefox or Edge, and log in to your Google account there.
    2. Export your cookies using an extension like https://github.com/kairi003/Get-cookies.txt-LOCALLY
    3. Save the exported cookies.txt file to your VPS or the machine running yt-dlp.
    4. Run yt-dlp with the --cookies cookies.txt option.

    This usually works fine. You may just need to regenerate the cookie file every few months if downloads stop working.

    The LA servers with Fiberstate have very clean IPs. It's the only time where it's not blocked by reddit which pretty much block every data center IP.

    @tototo

    Thank you for the suggestion but I don't want to login to a google account. It kind of defeats my purpose.

    My current VPS show's a CAPTCHA when I'm not authenticated which is acceptable.

    They also throttle my yt-dlp, which again is OK.

    I want to change because their support sucks. Some 10 months ago they gaslit me into oblivion and I really don't want to give them more of my cash.

    I'll have a look.

    Not being blocked by reddit is quite an achievement.

    I though they had blocked me in particular but turns out they blocked almost every VPS.

    This one is obviously blocked.

    On a good note, postmark seems pretty good for this usage of barely sending mail.
    I lose some privacy but I imagine deliverability will be much better.

    I honestly didn't know. I do this kind of thing like every other year.

    What I learned from perusing this forum was to avoid vpsforvpn/rarecloud like the plague, after reading a few threads and seeing how legitimate complaints were not really ignored, but openly mocked.
