Looking for VPS (8vCPU / 16GB RAM / 300–400GB SSD or nVME)

Hi providers,

I'm looking to provision a stable, performance-oriented VPS in the €10–11/month range. Below are my minimum requirements:

🖥️ Specs Required:
• vCPU: 8 cores (dedicated or fair-share with consistent performance)
• RAM: 16 GB
• Storage: 300–400 GB SSD or NVMe (faster I/O preferred)
• Traffic: Minimum 30 TB
• Location: Europe (NL, DE, or nearby EU regions ideal), APAC or close to India.
• Virtualization: KVM

📌 Use Case & Needs:
• Will run cPanel + WHM, hosting multiple client websites (WordPress-heavy stack).
• Must allow SMTP usage, ideally with the option to increase sending limits.
• DMCA-tolerant policies are appreciated (no abuse history; clean operations).
• Short trial or refund period preferred to evaluate disk I/O and mail deliverability.
• Planned Migration: No later than August 5, 2025.

👀 Current Preferences:
• MassiveGRID and Leaseweb VPS 3 are current front-runners.
• I'm open to alternative offers with better price/performance ratios and comparable SLAs.

If you've got something that fits or can be customized close to it, feel free to DM or respond here.

Netcup 12.60 euro/mo 16gb ram seems more than suitable? If you're hosting heavy Wordpress sites for (presumably) paying customers it's probably not worth trying to save a few dollars and instead just use netcup or similar larger budget providers.

Hey.. Thanks for your reply.. I have just gone through their offer.

    Are they better than Contabo?

I will be using WHM and converting the VPS into a shared hosting server for hosting those clients. Some of them have websites hosted with good traffic. (100k daily expected) from the current highest person who is buying from me.

I want to know if the Netcup server
    (VPS 2000 G11
    8 vCore (x86)
    16 GB ECC RAM
    512 GB SSD)

Can it hold up to this or shall i look at the root server offering as well for it?

    (RS 1000 G11
    AMD EPYC™ 9634
    8 GB DDR5 RAM (ECC)
    4 dedicated cores
    256 GB NVMe SSD
    Snapshots (Copy-On-Write)
    Remote console and much more...
    9.9 EUR/mo. (8.5 EUR/yr)

    or

    RS 2000 G11
    AMD EPYC™ 9634
    16 GB DDR5 RAM (ECC)
    8 dedicated cores
    512 GB NVMe SSD
    Snapshots (Copy-On-Write)
    Remote console and much more...)
    17.03 EUR/mo. (14.19EUR/yr)

I saw their plans, the red flag which was to me was about no money back if i did not find the performance upto the mark..

Did you ask them for perfomance testing ? Last time they did giveaway free VPS for testing purpose but on smaller plan, not sure about this one...

Why not go for a dedicated server from ovh , hetzner at less than 20$ you will get full cpu power you can pay more than 40 $ for cpanel but looking for a vps better get a dedicated server
