Looking for Aeza alternative

So I've been using aeza for the past 2 years and although many people are spreading how bad it is I never had any problem with them , there was some problems like when international payment wasn't available or when datacamp got out as their upstream but none of them effected me , their support always was helpful even refunded me or added extra days to my vps or even migrated me to another one. But with this recent OFAC incident I'm really thinking that it's time for me to use another provider. So I'm looking for these specs:

*Cheap and reliable (under 6€/month)
*Unmetered bandwidth (tell if fair use applies)
*10~25gbps shared port speed
*At least 1cpu 2ram and 10gb disk
*For location I prefer somewhere in EU but US and UK and Russia are also fine
*For payment I prefer crypto currency but PayPal is also fine
*If hourly based billing or ip changes are available let me know but it's not necessary

The port on that plan is only 100 mbps but their regular plans also have 10 gbps. Plan PERF-1 is within your budget.
