Seeking European VPS Provider Recommendations

Primary focus: Austria and Netherlands
Open to other European locations

Technical Requirements:

Reliable looking glass for network testing
Transparent refund/money-back guarantee policy
Monthly pricing under $5 USD

Additional Preferences:

Promotional codes or discounts welcomed but not required
Established providers with good community reputation preferred

We're based in Albania and meet your requirements. The only thing is we do not offer refunds at all - but to guess that qualifies as a clear policy.

The requirements for a refund policy sounds very strange to me - unless you're planning to cancel it before renewal and ask for a refund so you don't have to pay?

You can use our LEB discount to get 50% off, so if would be far less than 5$ monthly.

I understand your no-refund policy. I mentioned refunds because I've had to return many VPS services within 1-2 days due to poor network quality - that's just my experience with testing providers before committing long-term.

What tests do you need? We have few RIPE Atlas probes and anchors hosted that can be used for whatever measurements you need (if you have some RIPE Atlas credits)

Yeah, makes sense. I can promise you personally if you have issues in the first 72 hours, I'll break the no refunds policy and refund you personally if we can't fix it.

I'm currently using Hostup for Stockholm but looking to switch to better network quality - would your RIPE Atlas probes show routing paths and latency to my target destinations?

I'm interested but have had poor experiences with Turkish providers, particularly VPS.tc, due to network quality and ISP filtering that blocks certain sites. Can you confirm your service doesn't have these filtering issues and provide details about your network routing/upstream providers? What makes your service different from other Turkish hosts?

Thanks for your time, but the latency isn't good at all - I get around 20ms lower with Hostup. Still, I'm going to buy and test if it's stable since Hostup isn't stable for me at all and has packet loss issues for some of my customers.

We have customers thst used them before but they like our services. For ISP censorship we cannot do anything. It is the main operator of Turkey. We have Belcloud, Zet.net and Royalehosting connections at the moment.

I just pay with PayPal, and my real info, I don't have problems with paying.
Though if it did get declined it's maybe best to ask them about it.

Thanks for the recommendation! We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy on the first order for all new customers.

But if OP is just worried about the network, there is also a public Looking Glass (alwyzon.com/lg), an Ookla Speedtest server (server id 51547) and an iperf3 server (iperf-vie-at.alwyzon.net) available for this purpose.

Hard to say without more details. There are some security checks in place—like your account name and address needing to match your credit card info. If you’re having trouble, best to open a support ticket so we can take a look.
