Till today my 1year Texas VPS just been wasting on this khanwebhost forever. Your service is not transparent at all. Imagine common port 25 I requested you were not able to open it for me successfully till now. Where as I have many other VPS services I used that immediately I requested the port and they responded me "it is now opened" confirmed the port started working faultlessly. In khanwebhost case, the team always keep telling me the port is now opened restart your VPS. I have done this restarting more than 50 times but all the khanwebhost replies that the port is opened are always hoax! The port never opened till eternity. This team has a way of giving faking answers and they are not honest that's just my observation with this khanwebhost since December 2024 till now

we dont allow the port 25 in our Houston Texas location by defualt we have clearly mentioned in our most of the plan and offers over LET and in our Plans too but we enable it on request but if we detect mass emailing over ip it will be automatically blocked so if you ordered it for just emailing purpose than you ordered the wrong plan mate
i have checked your ticket right now regarding that i checked the virtualizor panel and firewall its not blocked within our firewall if its blocked by your VPS firewall than we cannot do anything for it you need to check it own
yes most of the locations are ovz and few of them or KVM So we have mentioned it in locations to let the user select accordingly
