Find a US VPS or dedicated server
Does anyone have a VPS or dedicated server in the US? If it's a VPS, the minimum requirements are CPU: 2c, memory 6G, disk 50G, and the budget is within $30 per month. The line requirement is a good home line connection in Singapore. If possible, can you give me a test IP so that I can test the routing.

Per month or per year
Of course, within $30 per month
Even Hetzner does it for €8.50, not that it’s the best choice, limited bandwidth and I doubt the connection to Singapore is very good, but my point is I think you can get away with spending a lot less than $30. Good luck!
Have a look at our US VPS Plans

That should be possible for a solid 9 USD/mo - 6.3 USD/mo with

I checked everything and currently the line with the lowest latency for me in Singapore is hostdoc's server in California. Is there a better option?

I thought about posting but didn't want to offer something that might not be ideal with connectivity over there. I guess it's alright.
@DOGHY If you want to try it out I can give you a server for a week to test. Or let me know what spec/pricing is most ideal for you. But you can check the looking glass. https://extravm.com/looking-glass
On that basis, our Frankfurt location offers latency of around 157ms to Singapore. Test IP: 208.115.231.237
I am willing to provide a DC server IP located in the same location as mine: 172.86.82.1
Of course, I bought these servers just to try out many providers and to find better options beyond the Asian servers.
