Is there any way find latency?

Latency is important, not only latency, but acts to BBR and affect whole mordern network.

I know ping command(from looking glass to my home fiber), but it was too slow.

So I am doubt if we can estimate latency directly from bgp route.
Kinda peering db to latency.

Is there a linear relationship between them?

BGP only disseminates reachability information at AS level.
It shows neither the data plane hops within each AS nor the latency of each hop.
