Our VPSs have an acceptable use policy, and running exit nodes for anonymizing networks, including the Anyone protocol or any onion routers, is generally not allowed, especially if they could be used to bypass blocks, spoof, spam, or other suspicious activity that violates the terms of service.
If you need a VPN or routing for personal use - such as through AmneziaVPN or WireGuard - that is of course allowed. But public exit nodes that could be used by third parties are prohibited.
