You're right to question 'unlimited' – many providers use it loosely.
We mean it for all the files that make your website run – your website content, databases, emails directly related to your website, scripts, and media files that are actively displayed on your site.
It's 100% FUP
I mean like use it as an alternatives to HostBrr StorageBox.
Genuine usage is fine
We don't allow our unlimited plans to be used for General File Storage/Backup, File/Object Sharing & Distribution, Excessive Archiving etc.
For example:
Allowed: A blog with hundreds of images and articles, an e-commerce store with hundreds of product listings, a portfolio site with high-resolution design samples etc.
Prohibited: Storing your entire family photo collection, using it as a backup for your PC, running a free movie download site etc.

We own all our hardware & network gear. This particular server is hosted at Equinix JH1 on a Ryzen 9900x 9700x node.
(except some legacy DA webhosting plans in EU & US - we plan to migrate them to own servers in coming weeks)
