For the bandwidth, do you count both ways (in/out) or just outbound traffic only?
The new Hong Kong data center has a good experience using China Telecom, but it is very bad if you use China Unicom, the experience is worse than the previous 20mbps. I don't have the conditions to test China Mobile.

At this moment we utilize ddos protection in upstream level and we don't have fuly controlled, however we have RTBH or blackhole when certain packets reach the threshold of our sensors it will moving to the blackhole (null route).

The quality of your Hong Kong network is very poor now. China Unicom is almost unusable and China Telecom is sometimes good and sometimes bad. I don't know if you have any plans to improve it.
I have been using their HK server for over a month. It is easily accessible from Shenzhen and I have had no issues with it.
