The location will be in the name. E.g:
Mini California
Mini Nigeria

For USA, select any plan with California in the name and Nigeria for Nigeria.

No nano - those ones do seem to be sold out. The Micro is available. We don't manually add or remove stock on packages, so for Nano - unless someone cancels, it won't be added new ones. When people cancel, it automatically adds more.

Skhron (unexpectedly) showed the best quality of IPv6 among everything we tried so far.
Also seen good results with Webhorizon, AlphaVps, DigitalFyre.
