Lagos isn't that exotic anymore.
Still doesn't seem to be a bad deal.

Lagos is mostly connected to Europe, not to any neighbouring countries.

That is fair!
Trust will not and cannot be regained overnight hence why I have intentionally taken a much slower and more thoughtful approach this time around.
The direction this time is very different, and I hope in time, the changes will become clear through action rather than words.

Regarding peering, we are now active members of two Internet Exchange Points in Nigeria, which has helped improve routing and performance.
